REPORT

-         The testicles are showing normal shape and echopattern as well as normal vascularity, with normal size.

-         Normal sonographic features of both epidydymis.

-         No abnormal scrotal mass lesions seen.

-         No abnormal fluid collections seen.

-         Normal vascular pattern of the scrotum

-         Dilatation and tortousity of the spermatic veins noted on left side.(3mm).

-         Right inguinal region show multiple hypoechoic areas suggestive of enlarged lymph nodes the largest of which measures 1.2X1 cm in size, with thickening of the overlying subcutaneous soft tissue. No cystic area noted in the inguinal region.   No areas of calcifications noted.

CONCLUSION:

·        Right inguinal lymphadenitis.

·        Varicocoele- left side.

REPORT

-         The testicles are showing normal shape and echopattern as well as normal vascularity, with normal size. Both  testicles are showing multiple small calcific foci suggestive of ? microlithiasis. No mass  lesions noted in the parenchyma.

-         Normal sonographic features of both epidydymis.

-         No hydrocoele noted.

-         No varicocoele  noted on both sides.

CONCLUSION:

·        ? Testicular microlithiasis.

REPORT

-         The testicles are showing normal shape and echopattern as well as normal vascularity, with normal size.

-         Normal sonographic features of  left epidydymis.There is a cyst in the head of right epididymis measuring 4X3  mm in size. No internal echoes or septations within this cyst.

-         No abnormal scrotal mass lesions seen.

-         No abnormal fluid collections seen.

-         Normal vascular pattern of the scrotum

-         Dilatation and tortousity of the spermatic veins noted on both sides.(3  mm- Rt. Side, 3 mm-Lt.Side).

CONCLUSION:

·        Bilateral  grade I varicocoele.

·        Epididymal cyst- Right side..
