-         The testicles are showing normal shape and echopattern as well as normal vascularity, with normal size. Both  testicles are showing multiple small calcific foci suggestive of ? microlithiasis. No mass  lesions noted in the parenchyma.

-         Normal sonographic features of both epidydymis.

-         No hydrocoele noted.

-         Dilatation and tortousity of the spermatic veins noted on left side.(3mm).

 

CONCLUSION:

 

·        ? Testicular microlithiasis.

·        Grade 1 Varicocoele- Left side.

-          The liver is showing normal size, shape and echopattern. No hepatic lesions could be identified, normal caliber of the portal vein, CBD and hepatic veins, no intrahepatic biliary dilatation seen.

-          The gall bladder Normal in wall thickness and lumen. No calculi noted..

-          Pancreas appeared normal in size and shape. No focal lesions seen

-          Spleen normal in size and echotexture.

-          Normal size, site and echopattern of the kidneys, no stones could be seen. Intact cortico-medullary ratio. No hydronephrosis or focal parenchymal lesion.

-          Ureters- Not dilated. No ascites is seen.

-          No obvious mass lesions noted in the abdomen.

-          Urinary bladder- Normal.

-          Both testis are normally seen in the scrotum. No hydrocoele. No inguinal mass lesions seen.

OPINION:

·         Unremarkable U/S study of the abdomen and scrotum.

-         Normal sonographic features of  right  epidydymis.There is a cyst in the head of left  epididymis measuring 3X3  mm in size. No internal echoes or septations within this cyst.

-         No abnormal fluid collections seen.

-         No evidence of varicocele on both sides.

CONCLUSION:

 

·        ? Left  testicular microlithiasis.

·        Left epididymal cyst.
