REPORT

-         The testicles are showing normal shape and echopattern as well as normal vascularity, with normal size.

-         Normal sonographic features of both epidydymis.

-         No abnormal scrotal mass lesions seen.

-         There is minimal hydrocele  on left side with no evidence of loculation.         

-         Normal vascular pattern of the scrotum

-         No evidence of varicocele on both sides.

CONCLUSION:

·        Minimal Hydrocoele-Left side.

-         There is massive non septated  hydrocele  on right side with  compression of the other intrascrotal structures. No mass lesions noted in the scrotum.

-         Normal morphology of testis and epididymis on left side.

-         Normal vascular pattern of the scrotum

-         No evidence of varicocele on both sides.

CONCLUSION:

·        Massive hydrocoele-right side.
