DUPPLEX DOPPLER U/S OF THE ARTERIAL  SYSTEM OF RIGHT  LOWER LIMB, REVEALED:

-         There is diffuse wall thickening of the whole of the arterial system with areas of suggestive of atherosclerotic changes. There is  abnormal biphasic flow in the major vessels. There are narrow segments in the mid and distal SFA  the highest measuring 71% in the distal superficial femoral artery. No evidence of complete occlusion noted.  There is reduced low resistance flow to the distal vessels.

CONCLUSION:

·        Diffuse arterial wall thickening suggestive of atherosclerotic changes.

·        Stenotic segments in the mid and distal superficial femoral arteries.

·        No evidence of  complete occlusion noted.

-          Pancreas appeared normal in size and shape. No focal lesions seen

-          Right  kidney show hydronephrosis  with a calculus obstructing in the upper ureter which measures 10 mm in size. Another calculus was noted   in the lower calyx of left kidney which measures 11  mm in size.  No hydronephrois on left side.  Left  ureter- not dilated.

-          Normal sonographic criteria of the spleen. No ascites is seen.

-          No abnormal masses could be seen in the abdomen.

-          Urinary bladder- Normal in wall and lumen. Prostate- Normal.

OPINION:

·         Left renal calculus.
