-          The liver show mild enlargement with diffuse increase in echotexture suggestive of fatty infiltration.. No focal  hepatic lesions could be identified, normal caliber of the portal vein, CBD and hepatic veins, no intrahepatic biliary dilatation seen.

-          The gall bladder is showing normal wall thickness, clear anechoic lumen,  no stones nor biliary mud could be seen.

-         Pancreas appeared normal in size and shape. No focal lesions seen

-         Spleen normal in size and echotexture.

-         Normal size, site, and shape of the kidneys, with normal echopattern, no definite stones could be seen, nor hydronephrosis. Intact cortico-medullary ratio. There is a cystic lesion in the upper pole  of left kidney measuring 1.5X1.2 cm in size. No internal echoes or septations noted within this cyst.  Ureters-Not dilated.

-         Urinary bladder and prostate- Normal.

CONCLUSION:

·        Left renal parenchymal cyst

·        Fatty infiltration of liver.

-          The liver show mild enlargement with diffuse increase in echotexture suggestive of fatty infiltration. Three cystic lesions noted in the hepatic parenchyma in the left lobe the largest of which measures 2.1X`1.7 cm in size. No internal echoes or septations within these cysts. Normal caliber of the portal vein, CBD and hepatic veins, no intrahepatic biliary dilatation seen. The gall bladder is normal in wall thickness and lumen. Pancreas appeared normal in size and shape. No focal lesions seen. Normal sonographic criteria of the spleen.  No ascites is seen.

-          Normal size, site, and shape of the kidneys, with normal echopattern, no definite stones could be seen, nor hydronephrosis. Intact cortico-medullary ratio. There are cystic lesions in the parenchyma of both  kidneys one in the mid medial aspect of right kidney and another one in the middle part of left kidney the largest of which on right side measures 3X2.6 cm  in size. No internal echoes or septations noted within these cysts. Ureters-Not dilated. Urinary bladder and prostate-  Normal.
