U/S OF ABDOMEN&KUB
- The liver show mild enlargement with diffuse increase in echotexture suggestive of fatty infiltration.. No focal hepatic lesions could be identified, normal caliber of the portal vein, CBD and hepatic veins, no intrahepatic biliary dilatation seen.
- The gall bladder is showing normal wall thickness, clear anechoic lumen, no stones nor biliary mud could be seen.
- Pancreas appeared normal in size and shape. No focal lesions seen
- Spleen normal in size and echotexture.
- Normal size, site, and shape of the kidneys, with normal echopattern, no definite stones could be seen, nor hydronephrosis. Intact cortico-medullary ratio. There is a cystic lesion in the upper pole of left kidney measuring 1.5X1.2 cm in size. No internal echoes or septations noted within this cyst. Ureters-Not dilated.
- Urinary bladder and prostate- Normal.
CONCLUSION:
· Left renal parenchymal cyst
· Fatty infiltration of liver.
