-                The liver is showing normal size, shape with normal echopattern. No focal or generalized hepatic lesions could be identified, normal caliber of the portal vein, CBD and hepatic veins, no intrahepatic biliary dilatation seen.

-                The gall bladder is normal.  Pancreas appeared normal in size and shape. No focal lesions seen. Normal sonographic criteria of the spleen.No free abdominal fluid seen.

-                Normal size, site, and shape of the kidneys, with normal echopattern, no definite stones could be seen, There is minimal dilatation of pelviclyceal system and upper ureter on left side. Lower ureter not visualized due to interference from bowel gas. Intact cortico-medullary ratio.No focal parenchymal lesions noted. Right kidney normal.   Urinary bladder- Normal.

-                 The uterus is bulky measures 7.7X3.7cm in size. non gravid, normal endometrial thickness, closed internal Os. No intrauterine contents are noted. There is a hypoechoic lesion noted in the myometrium in the lower anterior wall measuring 3.3X3.2 cm in size. No cystic areas or calcification noted in relation to this lesion.

-                Normal morphology of both adnexae. No free fluid in POD region.

OPINION:

·   Minimal prominence of pelvicalyceal system and upper ureter on left side.  ?Cause.  Suggested further evaluation

·   Bulky uterus with hypoechoic lesion in the myometrium suggestive of fibroid.

-          The liver show mild enlargement with diffuse increase in echotexture suggestive of fatty infiltration.. No focal  hepatic lesions could be identified, normal caliber of the portal vein, CBD and hepatic veins, no intrahepatic biliary dilatation seen.

-          The gall bladder is  shows normal wall thickness, with no stones nor mud inside.

-          Pancreas appeared normal in size and shape. No focal lesions seen.

-          Normal size, site, shape and echopattern of the kidneys, no definite stones could be seen, nor hydronephrosis. Intact cortico-medullary ratio. Ureters-Not dilated.

-          Normal sonographic criteria of the spleen.

-          No free abdominal fluid seen.No abnormal masses could be seen in the abdomen.

-          The uterus is showing normal size with normal shape, non gravid, normal endometrial thickness, closed internal Os. No definite focal uterine masses could be identified. No intrauterine contents are noted.

-          Normal sonographic features of both adnexae.

-          Normal sonographic features of the filled urinary bladder.

 

OPINION:

·         Fatty infiltration of liver.

·   No other abdominal pathology noted.

REPORT

-          The gall bladder show a calculus in the lumen which measuring 17 mm in size. No wall thickening or pericholecystic collection.

-          Pancreas appeared normal in size and shape. No focal lesions seen.

-          Normal size, site, and shape of the kidneys, with normal echopattern, no definite stones could be seen, nor hydronephrosis. Intact cortico-medullary ratio. There is a cystic lesion in the mid medial aspect   of left kidney measuring 24.9X2.1cm in size. No internal echoes or septations noted within this cyst. Ureters-Not dilated.

-          Normal sonographic criteria of the spleen.

-          No ascites is seen.

-          Urinary bladder and proatate- Normal.

 

OPINION:

·         Fatty infiltration of liver.

·         Gall bladder calculus.

·         Left renal parenchymal cyst.
