-          The liver is showing normal size, shape and echopattern. No hepatic lesions could be identified, normal caliber of the portal vein, CBD and hepatic veins, no intrahepatic biliary dilatation seen.

-          The gall bladder Normal in wall thickness and lumen. No calculi noted.

-          Pancreas appeared normal in size and shape. No focal lesions seen

-          Normal size, site and echopattern of the kidneys, no stones could be seen. Intact cortico-medullary ratio. No hydronephrosis. Ureters- Not dilated.

-          Normal sonographic criteria of the spleen.

-          No ascites is seen.

-          Defect in the anterior abdominal wall seen in the umbilical region with herniation of extraperitoneal fat.

-          Urinary bladder-  Empty.

OPINION:

·         Umbilical hernia.
