Examination : M.R.I. of the Penis and Testes.


EXAMINATION :

M.R.I of the penis and testes was performed using the following parameters :

5 mm thick T1 Weighted and T2 Weighted (with fat saturation) axial and coronal images.

5 mm thick T1 Weighted sagittal images.

OBSERVATION :

The corpora cavernosa and corpus spongiosum of the penis show normal configuration and signal characteristics. The adjacent tunica albuginea and Bucks fascia are unremarkable.

The testis on either side also shows normal signal characteristics and contour. The adjacent tunica albuginea is unremarkable.

The seminal vessicles and prostate are unremarkable.

Inguinal lymph nodes are noted bilaterally.

IMPRESSION :

No abnormality detected within the penis and testes on this study.
