Name of the Patient : Abc Xyzh Bhatwalmn / M / 60 yrs.
Referred by : Dr. Abc Xyzah.
Examination : M.R.I. - Brain (Post-contrast Study).

CLINICAL PROFILE :

C/O swelling over the left side of the face with diplopia since 15 days.

EXAMINATION :

After administration of contrast the following parameters were used :

5 mm thick T1 Weighted axial images with magnetization transfer.

5 mm thick T1 Weighted sagittal images.

3 mm thick T1 Weighted coronal and oblique sagittal images though the region of interest.

OBSERVATION :

After administration of contrast, there is an enhancing lesion in the left cavernous sinus extending upto the left orbital apex, most likely suggesting an inflammatory pseudotumor.

There is no other focal area of abnormal enhancement within the brain parenchyma or the meninges.
