Name of the Patient : Abc Xyzben lmn / F / 69 yrs.
Referred by : Dr. Abc Xyzhacker.
Examination : M.R.I. of the Brain.
(Post-contrast Study).
CLINICAL PROFILE :
C/O vomiting and giddiness since 1 1/2 months.
Known hypertensive and diabetic.
EXAMINATION :
M.R.I. of the brain was performed after administration of contrast using following parameters:
5 mm thick T1 Weighted axial and coronal images with magnetization transfer.
5 mm thick T1 Weighted sagittal images.
OBSERVATION :
After contrast administration, there are multiple disc and ring enhancing lesions of varying size in the cerebellar hemispheres bilaterally, superior vermis, right occipital region, right temporal lobe, left thalamus and left parietal lobe. These most probably represent metastatic lesions.
