Name of the Patient : Abc Xyzlmn / M / 50 yrs.
Referred by : Dr. Abc Xyzah.
Examination : M.R.I. of the Brain.
(Post-contrast Study).

CLINICAL PROFILE :

C/O weakness of the LUE and LLE with slurred speech and semiconscious state since 2 weeks.
H/O stereotactic biopsy on 00.00.0000. HP s/o demyelinating pseudotumor.

EXAMINATION :

After administration of contrast the following parameters were used :

5 mm thick T1 Weighted axial and coronal images with magnetization transfer.

5 mm thick T1 Weighted sagittal images.

OBSERVATION :

There is peripheral enhancement of the mass lesions (as seen on the previous study no:00007 dated 00.00.0000) within both cerebral hemispheres.

There is no abnormal meningeal enhancement on this scan.
