Name of the Patient : Abc XyzMallmn / F / 6 mnths.
Referred by : Dr. Abc Xyzdar.
Examination : M.R.I. of the Lumbo-sacral Spine.
CLINICAL PROFILE :
H/O urinary dysfunction with right ankle abnormality.
FT Ceasarian delivery.
EXAMINATION :
M.R.I of the lumbo-sacral spine was performed using the following parameters :
5 mm thick T1 Weighted and T2 Weighted sagittal images.
5 mm thick T1 Weighted and T2 Weighted axial images.
OBSERVATION :
The lumbar vertebral bodies and the intervertebral discs reveal normal signal intensity. The facet joints and the visualized pre and paravertebral soft tissues are unremarkable.
The conus medullaris terminates at the L2 level and the thecal sac terminates at the S2 level. There is no evidence of spinal dysraphism.
The brain was screened with 4 mm thick T2 Weighted axial images which does not show any significant feature of note.
Note is made of a distended urinary bladder and rectum.
IMPRESSION :
Normal study of the Lumbo-sacral spine.
