Name of the Patient : Abc Xyz D. Plmn / F / 12 yrs.
Referred by : Dr. Abc Xyzagwati.
Examination : M.R.I. of the Brain.
(Post-contrast Study).

CLINICAL PROFILE :

C/O gait ataxia and slurred speech since 20 days.

EXAMINATION :

The brain was studied with 4 mm thick FLAIR coronal images.

After administration of contrast the following parameters were used :

5 mm thick T1 Weighted axial images and 4 mm thick T1 Weighted coronal images with magnetization transfer.

5 mm thick T1 Weighted sagittal images.

OBSERVATION :

After contrast administration, there is no evidence of enhancement of the lesion identified on the previous MRI scan dated 00.00.0000 (Scan No.0000).

A non-enhancing mass lesion with signal characteristics, extension and mass effect as described previously may represent a pontine glioma.
