Name of the Patient : Abc Xyz Plmn / F / 28 yrs.
Referred by : Dr. Abc Xyzapadia.
Examination : M.R.I. of the Left Foot.

CLINICAL PROFILE :

C/O pain and swelling over the 4th metatarsal since 2 days.

EXAMINATION :

M.R.I of the left foot was performed using the following parameters :

5 mm thick T1 Weighted and T2 Weighted (with fat saturation) coronal images.

4 mm thick T1 Weighted and GRASS sagittal images.

4 mm thick T1 Weighted and STIR axial images.

OBSERVATION :

The visualized bones and soft tissues of the left foot show normal alignment and signal characteristics. There is no bone destruction or erosion or soft tissue mass lesion identified. No joint effusion is noted in the intertarsal joints, though a small left ankle joint effusion is noted.

IMPRESSION :

A small left ankle joint effusion.

No significant abnormality is detected on this study.
