Name of the Patient : Abc Xyzz Dhalmn / F / 34 yrs.
Referred by : Dr. Abc Xyzmpat.
Examination : M.R.I. of the Cervical Spine.
CLINICAL PROFILE :
C/O neck pain radiating to the LUE and LLE with paresthesias in BUE and giddiness since 1 1/2 years.
EXAMINATION :
M.R.I of the cervical spine was performed using the following parameters :
4 mm thick T1 Weighted and T2 Weighted sagittal images.
5 mm thick T1 Weighted and Fast Scan (T2 *) axial images.
OBSERVATION :
There is a small posterior disc bulge at the C5-C6 level with anterior indentation of the thecal sac. This disc shows slight loss of water content.
A small, left far lateral disc bulge is noted at the C6-C7 level.
The C3-C4, C4-C5 and C5-C6 facet joints on the left side and the right facet joint at the C4-C5 level show degenerative changes.
The cervical vertebral bodies and the remaining intervertebral discs show normal signal intensity. The joints of Luschka and the visualized pre and paravertebral soft tissues are unremarkable.
The cervical spinal cord reveals normal signal intensity.
The atlanto-axial region and the cervico-medullary junction are unremarkable.

IMPRESSION :
1. A small posterior disc bulge at the C5-C6 level.
2. A small, left far lateral disc bulge at the C6-C7 level.
3. Facetal arthropathy at the C3-C4, C4-C5 and C5-C6 levels on the left side and at the C4-C5 level on the right.
