Name of the Patient : Abc Xyzeli G. lmn / F / 58 yrs.
Referred by : Dr. Abc Xyzah.
Examination : M.R.I. of the Right Arm.
CLINICAL PROFILE :
C/O swelling with pain over the right arm.
EXAMINATION :
M.R.I of the right arm was performed using the following parameters :
7 mm thick T1 Weighted and T2 Weighted axial images.
5 mm thick T1 Weighted sagittal images.
5 mm thick STIR and 6 mm thick T1 Weighted and T2 Weighted coronal images.
Vitamin E capsules were placed as markers at the site of the swelling.
OBSERVATION :
There is no focal mass lesion identified in the soft tissues of the right arm on this study. The clinically palpable soft tissue lesion in the right arm is also not well differentiated from the subcutaneous fat on this study.
The visualized muscles of the right arm show normal signal. There is no obvious bone erosion or destruction seen. The marrow signal of the visualized right humerus is unremarkable. No obvious neurovascular anomaly is noted.
The visualized right axilla is unremarkable.
IMPRESSION :
No significant abnormality is detected on this study.
The clinically palpable soft tissue lesion in the right arm is also not well differentiated from the subcutaneous fat on this study.
