Examination : M.R.I. of the Brain.
CLINICAL PROFILE :
C/O ? dysarthria in the morning of 00.00.0000.
M.R.I of the brain was performed using the following parameters :
5 mm thick T1 Weighted, proton and T2 Weighted axial images.
5 mm thick FLAIR coronal images.
There is no focal area of altered signal intensity in the brain parenchyma.
Small, subdural hygromas are noted in the high parietal regions bilaterally which follows CSF signal on all the pulse sequences. There is no significant mass effect noted on this study.
Both the lateral, third and the fourth ventricles are normal. There is slight prominence of the cerebral cortical sulci, cerebellar folia and the basal cisternal spaces bilaterally. There is no shift of the midline structures. No obvious vascular anomaly is identified on this study.
There is no obvious haemorrhage on this study.
Inflammatory changes are seen in the right mastoid air cells.
1. Small subdural hygromas in the high parietal regions bilaterally.
2. No significant parenchymal abnormality is noted except for prominent cerebral cortical sulci and cerebellar folia bilaterally.
