C/O neckpain radiating to both shoulders with paresthesias in the LUE and LLE.

M.R.I of the dorsal spine was performed using the following parameters :
4 mm thick T1 Weighted and T2 Weighted sagittal images.
5 mm thick T1 Weighted and T2 Weighted axial images.
OBSERVATION :
There is facetal hypertrophy at the D10-D11 level bilaterally (right more than left) with slight indentation on the postero-lateral aspect of the thecal sac at that level.
A Schmorls node is noted at the inferior aspect of the D11 vertebral body.
The lower dorsal intervertebral discs show slight loss of water content.
A posterior disc bulge with posterior peridiscal osteophytes is seen at the D11-D12 level.
The visualized dorsal vertebral bodies reveal normal signal intensity. The rest of the facet joints and the visualized pre and paravertebral soft tissues are unremarkable.
The visualized dorsal spinal cord reveals normal signal intensity.
The conus medullaris terminates at the L1 level.
The lumbar spine was screened with 5 mm thick T1 Weighted sagittal images which shows posteriorly bulging discs at the L4-L5 and L5-S1 levels and an anterior disc herniation at the L1-L2 level.
IMPRESSION :
