Name of the Patient : Abc Xyz S. Shlmn / F / 44 yrs.Referred by : Dr. Abc Xyztchha. Examination : M.R.I. of the Right Thumb.
CLINICAL PROFILE :
C/O pain in the right thumb since 6-7 years which has increased since 4 days.
EXAMINATION :M.R.I. of the right thumb was performed using the following parameters :3 mm thick T1 Weighted, T2 Weighted (with fat saturation), Gradient and STIR axial images.3 mm thick T1 Weighted coronal images.
3 mm thick T1 Weighted and STIR sagittal images.
OBSERVATION :
The visualized bones of the right thumb appear normal. There is no bony erosion or destruction seen.

The visualized soft tissues and the tendon of the right thumb are normal. No obvious vascular anomaly is identified on this study.
IMPRESSION :Normal study of the Right Thumb.
