There is no focal or diffuse area of altered signal intensity. There is no intrahepatic biliary radicle dilation. The intrahepatic venous architexture is normal.<br /><br /> The gall bladder is normal and reveals no intrinsic abnormality.<br /><br /> The pancreas is normal in size and shape.<br /><br /> The spleen is normal.<br /><br /> Both the kidneys appear small and shrunken suggestive of medical renal disease.<br /> scan-00007<br /><br /><br /> No lymphadenopathy is detected.
